Sara Westgate, MD, PhDAdult Neurologist
Dr. Sara Westgate is a board certified neurologist and has practiced in Austin since 1998. She emphasizes the latest medical advancements in treating neurological problems along with a holistic approach including patient education, nutrition, stress management, and therapeutic exercise. Both of her degrees are from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Her doctorate of philosophy is in biomedical sciences with a concentration in neuroscience. Dr. Westgate lives in the hill country close to Dripping Springs, TX. She has one daughter, Chelsea. Dr. Westgate loves the outdoors, reading, landscaping, biking, and spending time with her five dogs (Oliver, Gracen, Zoe, Hershey, Albert) and cat (Rio).
Mark Uridel, DPT, MTI, ERYT, NCTMBPhysical Therapist
Dr. Mark Uridel is a Licensed Physical Therapist with 15 years of experience as an orthopedic and neurologic clinician specializing in the treatment of back and neck pain. Mark has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas for 25 years and is also a Licensed Instructor. Mark is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Registered Yoga Therapist with 23 years of experience. He is also nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
He is an accomplished speaker and has presented “Yoga Therapy for the Low Back and Neck” nationally at the Southwest Yoga Conference and Body Mind Spirit Educational Conference. His video discs “Yoga for a Healthy Neck” and “Yoga for a Healthy Back” have received national acclaim.
Dr. Uridel integrates his Physical Therapy expertise with his experience in Yoga to provide holistic healing for his patients.
