We are now offering secure video visits through Doxy. It's understandable that meeting in the office is not always convenient. Televisits are appropriate for many types of appointments and allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in person, without the hassle of commuting. Please contact our office for more information or to schedule your appointment.

General Instructions

Please check in for your appointment 15 minutes prior to its scheduled time, to ensure you have a stable internet connection and your camera and microphone are working properly. 


Check your Device: 

Use a computer or device with camera/microphone.


Click Invite Link

Click the invitation link that your provider sends via text message or email


 Check In

Type your name and click the "Check In" button

Allow your browser or device to use your camera and microphone

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Wifi - Be close to your wifi router, ensure no other parties on the network are using up the bandwith, and that you don't have numerous browser windows. 

  • Restart your computer - restarting your device is the best way to ensure other programs are not causing issues with your audio and video.
